You now have access to get certified to sell 2026 UnitedHealthcare Medicare Plans, so you can focus on Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) readiness and have more time to plan your events.

- The Pledge of Compliance and agreement are now combined into 1 module
How to access Certifications
Click Get started today under 2026 Certifications on the Jarvis homepage
- If you don’t see this, go to the Certifications page and click Launch Learning Lab
- If you don’t see this, go to the Certifications page and click Launch Learning Lab
- Click the Standard Certification path or Fast Track, if eligible
Helpful tips
- Certification modules and tests are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Answer a question correctly and you’ll move immediately to the next question. If you answer a question incorrectly, you’ll receive feedback that it was wrong and be directed to a section of the study guide to review. Then you will move on to the next question.
- An attempt is counted when you complete the assessment
- You will have 6 attempts to complete the UnitedHealthcare Certifications. Passing scores vary:
- Base Level assessments
- Medicare Basics - 85%
- Ethics & Compliance - 85%
- AARP - 70%
- Next Level assessments
- C/D-SNP - 85%
- Event Basics module completion
- Base Level assessments
AHIP and NABIP Certifications will be available in late June
UnitedHealthcare will once again accept America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Medicare + Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training and National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), which satisfies the requirement for the UnitedHealthcare Medicare Basics Assessment (including Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug and Medicare Supplement Plans).
