4 post-AEP to dos
AEP may be behind us, but your dedication to your clients continues! Here are 4 ways you can continue to provide caring support in December:
Send thank you cards to show appreciation to your new and existing clients. You can find templates and resources in the UHC Agent Toolkit
- Schedule welcome events or follow-up appointments in January to help ensure clients are comfortable and confident with their new plan
- Check the verification of chronic conditions under Member Status in the Book of Business
- Ensure D-SNP members who are marked “SSBCI - pending verification” (in yellow) have self-indicated by calling Member Services or visit the member site to self-indicate, if applicable
- Encourage C-SNP members who are marked “C-SNP – pending verification” in red connect with their provider
- Become familiar with the communications your clients may receive by viewing the Member Communications page on Jarvis
These optional to-dos may help your clients feel supported and valued. Plus, by staying proactive now, you’ll help build trust and help set the stage for a successful start to the new year.
