Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) and Certificate of Coverage (COC) documents that are specific to your clients can be accessed directly from their member profile page in your book of business on Jarvis.

In addition, SBC and COC documents are available to you through an online search tool. The tool returns results based on selections made using the form’s dropdown options, and users can also click the righthand tab on the form to search by HIOS plan ID. Documents can be viewed in PDF format and downloaded. 
 
SBCs are also available in Spanish by selecting Español from the language dropdown option.
