Commission payment updates and overview
As of October 3, 2025, commission transactions for new Individual & Family Plans (IFP) enrollments are now processed after the 10th of the month following the member’s effective date. For example, if the member’s effective date is January 1, 2026, the first month’s commission transaction will be processed after February 10, 2026. The renewal commission payment for the second month would still be paid in February, per the current schedule.
