The plan year 2026 (PY26) benefit grids by state are now available on Jarvis for each Individual & Family plan that can be sold on or after November 1, 2025. 

These benefit grids provide a summary of the 2026 plan offerings and highlight various plan benefits such as the cost of annual and maximum out-of-pocket deductibles, copay for primary care provider (PCP) and specialist visits, prescription drugs, and more. This information will be helpful when assisting consumers in making an informed decision to choose a plan during Open Enrollment.
